vxVistA Users Workspaces

Within the User Workspace "walls" are private spaces for users to share internally within their organization or to stage and plan releases of development or documents to the Community-At-Large. This space will help organize your private community and allow for collaboration on issues of a "less public" nature in your organization. Still, HIPAA rules and the standards of Healthcare Information Technology govern what is appropriate and inappropriate in this space - and it should never be considered "secure" or completely "private". While access is restricted to the users designated, it is still web-space and should be treated respectfully as such.

Each Community Member having an active production instance of vxVistA is eligible for a workspace to be shared with access available ONLY to those chosen to be assigned to that workspace - so private? Yes. Interactive within the private space? Yes. Able to be shared to larger community? Sort of... or just port the page to more appropriate public spaces, though users can be added for access to these more "private" spaces.

Just apply to an Administrator for creation and access to your User Workspace.

This is a good idea - I know it was discussed in the last conference call we had. Can you set it up, or show me how to set up a vxQA workspace - where I can add several projects that we are working on - so that the team can be updated as I progress with the testing.
