Within each Division you may setup different units wards and or clinics. From that point you may setup various menu options that are unit ward specific or System specific that crosses all areas. Joe Byers

Actually, I was able to solve this issue. We were able to type the @ sign and hit enter. We were prompted with do you want to delete this data? Y and it was gone! Thanks
