vxDesktop maintains user context across all modules providing a single vxVistA sign-on capability for all modules. Once a user is signed in modules will display based on the user's permissions within vxVistA. vxDesktop also maintains patient context and visit context across each module further saving the user time and making it easy to do multiple tasks without having to constantly re-select the patient or visit.
Patients can be selected individually or viewed across a unit, ward or clinic. Graphs show changes in vitals over time and reports can be run by patient, bed, unit, ward, etc, for changes in vitals signs over a period of time, for pain score changes, and much more.
