How to build a Clinical Reminder - 2+ Template fields required for Patient Cohort=True?

I have a clinical reminder where the Patient Cohort Logic requires 2 or more of 5 Reminder Dialog Template choices to be selected to evaluate the clinical reminder to True. I have tried to use the Count Function Finding with Health Factor findings and cannot get the clinical reminder to evaluate to True. How would you do a clinical reminder for this scenario?

      I just got this one....

I would have the user try this:

      ((FI(1))&(FI(2)!FI(3)!FI(4)!FI(5))!(FI(2))&(FI(1)!FI(3)!FI(4)!FI(5))!(FI(3))&(FI(1)!FI(2)!FI(4)!FI(5))!(FI(4))&(FI(1)!FI(2)!FI(3)!FI(5))!(FI(5))&(FI(1)!FI(2)!FI(3)!FI(4)))

Hopefully I haven’t misplaced or left our any parentheses.

There may be a better way to do this, I just can’t think of one.

Please see this answer from one of our CAC:

"I’m guessing the person is asking is that they have a reminder dialog that has 5 choices each with a health factor. If a user completes that reminder template and has chosen at least 2 of the five than there will be a reminder that needs a cohort logic that will evaluate as being due.

Been hashing this around and it has me puzzled – I’ll continue to look at this but my guess is that it will be accomplished via custom logic. If one of the five was needed every time and then any of the other four the logic would look like this: ((FI(1))&(FI(2)!FI(3)!FI(4)!FI(5)))."
