Tell me about the level of support I can expect to receive from DSS if I purchase vxVistA/ Is 24/7 available?

    Support services are provided to all customers that have an active maintenance contract. We also have on-line support where customers can log issues at vxSupport@dssinc.com

    24/7 is available; it depends on whether you want Support for all or select departments that use vxVistA.
